This is a simple, well-organized campsite with clean, well-maintained sanitary facilities and free showers. The current reported price is €18, and grey-water and cassette disposal are available. Shops and restaurants are 200 - 500m away, while the adjacent natural swimming pool is free to use. The access road is very narrow for campers, and the pool bar’s noise has previously stopped at 22:00.

A tip for eating out: for 250 kroner per person, there is an all-you-can-eat buffet at the monastery restaurant. Recommended.
A simple but well organized campsite. Friendly staff. Cheap and a great value for money. Showers free. A free access to a nice public pool. Flexible with checkout.
Fantastic campsite with many facilities. The price has now increased from €5 to €18. There is a campfire area that you may use. Bring your own wood, because there is none left in the surrounding forest. It is very quiet even in high season. The village shops are a 20-minute walk away.
Really great place, with a very friendly and helpful owner. Very flexible regarding checkout, a beautiful, fascinating place rich in history. Great swimming pool, which may be used free of charge.
Cozy little campsite. A little old and worn, but completely clean. There is a pool and a bar serving light meals, which we did not use.
A bit old school camp, but quiet, cheap, very clean and with nice people.
We were there from July 10 to 14, 2023. Two adults and two children in a 7.5-meter camper. Very reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms and toilets. It is possible to empty the camper’s gray water and toilet cassette. There is a small bar on site. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Enclosed meadow. Not particularly large. A busy parking lot is directly next to it. On the other side is a path used by many pedestrians. The outdoor pool is certainly a plus, but otherwise it feels rather uncomfortable and cramped.
The facilities are a little worse and not the newest; hot water is a fairly frequent problem, but the surroundings are beautiful.
Nice site, choose your own pitch, low cost, simple but clean sanitary facilities, friendly welcome, and very nice for hiking. You can stay here for a few days.
Nice campsite, with a welcoming female manager. We understood each other using Google Translate. Some noise from the swimming pool bar next to the campsite, but it stopped at 10 p.m. Being able to choose your own pitch can mean little space during busy periods. The natural swimming pool was wonderful!
We spent eight nights in a motorhome with electricity, €16.50 per night. Rustic but clean sanitary facilities, a kitchen available, a very friendly manager, and a nearby bar-restaurant that was very good and inexpensive.
Great, inexpensive campsite. We paid 700 kroner for two nights in the camper for two people with electricity. The free natural swimming pool next door evokes nostalgic feelings; this is what swimming pools must have looked like 50 years ago. Having something like this included is a real bonus! We enjoyed our days here.
Beautiful and simple campsite. We spent two nights here with two children. There is also a small playground. The sanitary facilities are very basic but clean. Good starting point for hikes. The outdoor pool can be used free of charge.
