A wooded, riverside pull-in for a single vehicle beside a rough unpaved road, with an installed fire place and views toward Vanil Noir. Nights are usually very quiet apart from the stream and cowbells, though it's popular and can fill early on weekends, with occasional daytime dust from passing traffic. The access road is narrow and winding, sometimes requiring reversing to let cars pass. In June 2025 police reportedly told campers to leave, citing a ban on overnight camping/motorhome/car stays here.

The photos do not match reality in June 2025. The police visited and told us to leave. Overnight camping in a camper, bus, or car is prohibited.
Superb spot, with a small stream flowing nearby and cows grazing not far away. However, it is very popular, so I recommend arriving early.
Place under the trees. Quiet, with the sound of bells and the river. A few cars pass through for hikes in the surrounding area. Very peaceful. Not much phone signal.
The spot was already occupied, but 200 m farther on there is a fantastic, more open place with a beautiful tree. Stream, fire area, and a view of Vanil Noir. Magnificent. Local people and other van-lifers passed by, but everyone was friendly. From 8 p.m. onward there was almost no traffic until 8 a.m. There were no beehives this season, but they may be there in summer, near where we stopped!
Please find other places and leave nature and people in peace. Vanlifers' disrespect for locals and public spaces is growing. Preserve your spots before everything is closed; nature is not a showroom.
Extremely quiet spot directly by the river under spruce trees. Totally remote—dare to drive all the way here, it is worth it!
Excellent shaded place, flat and close to several hiking trails! A beautiful area to visit while wild camping.

This spot is incredible. In the evening, we fall asleep to the sound of the stream and cowbells in the distance. Very little traffic. We spent two peaceful nights here.
Wonderful spot by the water, very quiet and pleasant. Bring charcoal or wood for your fire; there is not much around. A lovely starting point for walks. The road to get there is narrow but passable if you are careful.
