Beautiful, incredible place looking forward to returning with my grandchildren. Works going on in carpark so not as much space. The bloke on the gate said best spot right side of the carpark at the far end as far back as possible for the best view. (Sadly that’s where the works are taking place) Translating
15£ to stay there overnight. No services. You can hear the motorway until late at night. And now there is also a loud construction site starting from 7 am tomorrow.Translating
I have visited the Kelpies before, but this time I stayed overnight in the car park. The road didn't bother me as much and I think the 15€ is completely OK. You park in some cities for 3 hours for that… There was a free coffee included. The Kelpies at night were definitely worth it to me. The toilets are cleaned early in the morning and are then in top conditionTranslating
Good for one night, toilet open all night. But very noisy because very close to the road. The kelpies at night are very beautiful.Translating
I can confirm the overnight fee is £15, which includes a voucher for a free coffee. Clean flush toilets are open 24 hours a day, and there’s also an outdoor tap where you can fill water bottles or jugs. A convenient and well-maintained overnight stop.Translating
Ok for a stopover to see the kelpies at night. But a little expensive for what you get. If you arrive before 5 you have to pay the day rate too which is £10 so would make the price £25. You do get to stay till 11am the next day so nice not to rush. Just a shame they don’t offer any services, not even allowed to puts bags of rubbish in the bins. Translating
Stayed here for a night. Staff very friendly but toilets are grim. Been used heavily during the day by visitors with no signs of cleaning or a freshen up in the evening. Does have FW point but sign says container only not allowed to use a hose. Translating
Quiet enough park up. But no grey/black waste dumping. No rubbish emptying. No water collection. So basically an expensive car park. For £3 more the Falkirk parking has all of the above.Translating
Very good for a parking lot with toilets, so close to the Kelpies. we stood here for one night. Of course you can hear the highway a bit, but otherwise a great pitchTranslating
Night on the parking lot pleasant. Little noise at night. The Wcs stay open at night. No showers, no electricity. But for just one night it is perfect. Only downside, the parking barrier closes at 9:45 pm.Translating
This is the last snd nearest car park to thd Kelpies. Well organised. Greeted at the car park entry. Paid £15 for an overnight stay. Good instructions on what to do, where to park, leave a space between vehicles etc. Toilets available. Only downside is the M9 road noise constant even with van doors shut and windows closed Translating
As everybody else has said. £15 overnight, pay at little wooden shed. A little road noise and must arrive before 9.30pmTranslating
As per previous review check the map route as it stops on the motorway otherwise perfect park up this, lots of space they only ask that you park with a bay between the van’s for overnighting, nice little walk to the kelpies to view them late at night when they are light up which is very nice, a slightly longer walk, 20 mins get you to cooks bar and restaurant which is dog friendly and good food.Translating
Well worth a visit. Wanted to see it at night. Translating
We were able to spend a very good and safe night here. Despite the adjacent highway, we slept excellently. There is plenty of space and the staff are extremely friendly. And you have to see the KELPIES (no admission) - especially at night.Translating
excellent view of the sculptures reachable on foot in 4 minutes. Night lighting is dim and a bit disappointing. 6£ for the day plus 15£ if you stay overnight. The highway can be heard a lot. Google Maps makes a mistake and keeps you on the highway. Maybe select the McDonald's which is nearbyTranslating
Good and clean pitch with all the facilities you need. Great park. For overnight stay too loud for us due to road noise from adjacent highway! Falkirk Wheel more expensive, but quiet.Translating
Ideal overnight stop on 28 April to see the Kelpies illuminated at night. £15 for double bay as 8m long. Toilets clean. Perfect spot with about 15 other campers.Translating
Arrived at 2pm with plans to stay overnight were charged £6 for day parking, staff advised we would have to be there at 5:30 to ensure a space for an overnight stay - which would cost an additional £15. Moved on to Falkirk Wheel - £18 for 24hrs & 10% discount off breakfast at the cafe. Translating
Our second time here…excellent park up with lots of space despite being very popular. Bins, water, toilets. £15 overnight fee. Translating
Gates close at 10pm but last entry at 9.30pm. Loads of bays for motorhomes, campervans and cars with tentboxes. Fantastic to be able to visit the Kelpies at night with others! Voucher for hot or cold drink in the morning from 9am. Still £15 per night and an extremely pleasant and helpful member of staff on the gate. Translating
Really nice parking space. Tons of slots and it's only 15£ per night. The gate closes at 21:45 and it opens back up at 7. The restrooms are open 24/7 and the staff is really nice. Also the lights shut off at 23 hours.Translating
Brilliant car park. We arrived around noon, and it was very busy because it was a bank holiday. The parking attendant said they could accept our motorhome and showed us to a motorhome lane, where we stayed until 5 p.m. After 5, we bought a £15 overnight ticket from the very friendly attendants and were told we could park in the main car park. Security is good, as the gates are locked at 10 p.m. when the attendants leave.Translating
Great spot for the Kelpies, ideal to see in daylight and the light show after dark. Toilets open 24/7 and friendly staff around until 10pm. No access after 9.30pm, main gate opens 7am but there is an emergency exit. It is a stones throw from the motorway though so not ideal for light sleepers. Coffee from the Helix Cafe was very good and Cooks restaurant nearby did excellent food. Translating
Great spot to park overnight. Kelpies look amazing lit up at night. Car park is level and toilets are open all night. Staff at the gate were very welcoming. At least 30 vehicles parked up when I went despite it being midweek outside of school holidays. Not the cheapest place but it feels safe and secure. Given a hot drink voucher to use in the cafe. Exit by 11AM is enough time to walk aroundTranslating
great park up. £6 for the day and then £15 after 5.30 so pricy but toilets all night and free cuppa in the morning. staff are so incredibly friendly and omg the kelpies Translating
Great place to stay, would recommend.Translating
A good night. A few other vans. Lots of space. Just a little traffic noise overnight but nothing to keep you awake. Best place for seeing the Kelpies. Cafe there is nice. Guy came round about 18.30 for the £15. Pay with card and receipt.Translating
Big car park, safe and secure. Peaceful night. Friendly ticket man. Translating
Good toilet facilities, friendly staff, beautiful view of the kelpies which just come to life at night so beautiful evening walk. £15 a over night which includes a free hot drink in the morning, attendant comes round to the vans between 6-8pm to pay will accept card. However, close to main road so a little noisy and the very bright car park lights turn out at 11pm. Translating
Excellent parking place for spending the night. Clean toilets, no shower.Translating
Arrived 17:30, paid £15 and saw the Kelpies illuminated at night. Toilets open all night. No showers, the Changing Places facility is only for those with a disability who need it. Water tap to fill containers, no hoses allowed. Good cycle path to Falkirk wheel - we walked but it's 90 minutes each way. Lovely staff - not charged a day rate as it was a particularly quiet Monday out of season.Translating
In a self contained motorhome, was loads of us here and was peaceful, the motorway is next to the parking but I can sleep through anything! For £15 per night, with about 40 plus campervans and motorhomes I think having a waste disposal system would be a welcome addition! Translating
Stayed here on Sunday 31st. Was £15 to stay the night and safe place to park. Spectacular view of Kelpies that we could see from our parking spot. They light up overnight and we could visit them during the night. There were many toilets but no showers. There was an emergency exit to the carpark. One free drink in morning. Gift shop and cafe open after 9:30am.Translating
