Jotunheimen Caravan Camp

Spent one night here. Very warm welcome and pleasant pitches. It is still a large campsite, with all kinds of campers, including many mobile homes. But the location is really nice, with hikes nearby and opportunities for bike rides. The campsite facilities are clean and in good working order. Nothing to complain about. Thanks for the welcome.

A very peaceful and relaxing campsite. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a lovely little shop with everything you might need, including fresh bread, and you can even charge your electric car here. The views are beautiful. Although the campsite is located close to the road, traffic is very quiet during the night. We would definitely recommend this campsite!

Very nice campsite, almost directly by the lake. Hikes all around are easy to do on foot or by car and can be reached quickly—the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommended :)

We stopped by desperate for showers after our hike, but were told that the showers were for guests only, so we paid 320 NOK for a spot without electric, no WiFi, and showers still cost 10 NOK per 4 minutes. When we asked about laundry, they said that we could wash, but they don't have a dryer. If we weren't desperate for a shower, we never would have stayed here.

Great campsite with several spots by the small lake and good sanitary facilities. Very friendly owner. The nearby road is quiet at night, so it didn’t bother us. We would come back.

A beautiful place on the plateau. The reception speaks English and is helpful. The pitches are directly by a pond. Sanitary facilities are very clean. Unfortunately, the listed price is no longer correct. We paid 370 NOK for a 7-meter camper, two people, and electricity. It was still worth it to us. Thanks for the good service…

Nice campsite. I parked the camper directly by the small lake on the site. Slightly sloping, but leveling blocks solved it. One person, two nights, plus two shower tokens: 660 kroner (mid-August). At the upper end of the price range. Hot water for washing dishes. Sanitary facilities extremely clean. Renovation work (sanding and painting) took place during the day, but it did not last too long.

About €33 per night for a VW van and two people, including two showers. Very clean sanitary facilities and super-friendly operators. The pitch was in a green area with electricity and water connections. You can also empty and clean your chemical toilet. The fantastic view of a beautiful lake was another highlight. Thank you very much.

The campsite is next to a lake, which gives it a special charm. For those who need to wash clothes, there is a washing machine but NO dryer or enclosed space to hang clothes.

Nice campsite, very kind owners. You can order freshly baked bread. The only downside is that the shower water was sometimes not hot when people showered at the same time; otherwise, we definitely recommend it.

Great campsite. We stayed one night in early June 2025 and it was very quiet. We were able to recharge with electricity, but unfortunately not get water because the facility was not open yet due to the cold weather.

Campsite along Route 51 with neat, clean sanitary facilities. A key gives you access everywhere. Clean sanitary facilities, kitchen, and washing machine. No disposal point.
