A free parking area with shade and grass, reached by a dirt road and suitable for large campers near Niš. It has streetlights, passing pedestrians and a military facility opposite with a noisy gate, so it is not secluded. There has also been a reported nighttime security incident involving an aggressive person.

The place isn't that bad. At night (late) there was quite free space, only few buses and cargo vehicle. We parked side to it to get some cover. There are streetlights, some military facility opposite of the parking (with noisy gate), people walking by. So at night it's not secluded but not busy. The terrain is terrible, surrounding is full of trash and some stray cats and dogs randomly show up.
We cannot recommend the place. In the middle of the night someone tried to get into our vehicle and demanded money. He became very aggressive, and we managed to drive away just in time before he tried to throw a huge stone at the vehicle.
Safe and quiet. Easy access for big campers. Near the town.
The site is ideally located as a base between the concentration camp and the castle. You can certainly also spend a quiet night here.
