Blasenbergstrasse, 6300, Zug
Been here?
Zugerberg car park above Zug, popular with hikers, offering a level to slightly sloped grassy/mixed pitch with a well and public WC a few minutes' walk away via a signed no-drive zone. No other services. Access road is narrow, unsuitable for vehicles over 5 tonnes. Weekends and public holidays access is restricted (through-traffic only 18:00-8:00), and the lot fills fast early on weekend mornings. Generally quiet, though the neighbouring farm adds some noise. Overnight legality is unclear - recent report of a posted overnight ban.

OVERNIGHT STAY FORBIDDEN
Fine place. If you are looking for peace and enjoy beautiful walks and short hikes, this is the right place.
Perfect during the week. About a three-minute walk along the road through the no-entry zone leads to a fountain and, directly behind it, a public toilet for hikers.
Beautiful, but noisier than you would expect because of the farm next door.
Great quiet place. No services. Access is prohibited on weekends and public holidays. Slightly sloping terrain; access road is not easy for large vehicles, maximum 5 tonnes.
I arrived late in the evening and there were plenty of free spaces. It was very nice there.
