This lakeside picnic area offers overnight parking, views and plenty of places used by fishermen. The area is calm, although road noise is audible, especially during the day. Swimming is not possible, and there is some litter and no toilet. A forest walk is available nearby.

Lots of spots to stay around the lake, mostly used by fishermen. Nice view, calm place, only you can hear the road (not too busy at night).
A beautiful place in itself, BUT unfortunately the lake is not suitable for swimming, neither for dogs nor people. It is unfortunately somewhat littered, and the road can be heard quite clearly. Almost no O2 reception. HOWEVER, the forest is nice for walking, and on the other side of the lake you can find even more peace. I photographed the site together with the weir. Where I was, it is possible to park level; I was just being foolish again. Beautiful night.
Beautiful place! Peace, quiet, water, and a seating area. No toilet, no swimming. Ideal for an overnight stay!
