Large free parking lot near the Slovenian border, recently resurfaced and well lit. It is quiet and close to the city, with the border 50 MT away and the centre about 20 minutes on foot. The ground is not flat but is not excessively sloped. Avoid the area around the Friday morning market.

Free, newly asphalted, quiet and well lit. Not level, but not too uneven either. Close to a barracks, so it feels safe. We stayed for only one night, but it went very well. Thanks to the Municipality of Gorizia for this huge, free parking area!
Free and fantastic place to visit the city. Quiet, no disturbance and very few people throughout the Easter period. With our converted caravan, we spent four perfect days and nights in this wonderful city, which is well worth visiting. With the Slovenian border just 50 m away, you can also easily visit all of Nova Gorica with its beautiful views.
Excellent newly completed parking area. It is not level, but very convenient and sunny. Great for visiting the city. Beware of the Friday morning market.
Excellent parking area, 20 minutes on foot from Via Rastello. There are some spaces where you can park without causing an obstruction. Quiet and peaceful, close to the border and the Carabinieri.
The renovation work on the square is practically complete.
Still under construction at the end of March 2025. The other one on the right at the roundabout is very quiet until 6:30 a.m., when the tunnel-construction trucks arrive.
