Just had our first night here and so glad we booked an extra night as it's so lovely here. Only downside is road noise, otherwise it would be a haven of tranquility, although the noise dies down through the evening allowing a peaceful night sleep. Toilets and showers are spotless and the owner is lovely and friendly. I'm so glad we found this site, it's been a favourite of mine. Free WIFI too
Among the flowers and fields there are spacious, paved pitches. The road beside the camper site can be heard but is not disturbing. The sanitary facilities have been renovated and are excellent. Not far from the sea by bicycle. Around €30 per night for two people with electricity is rather expensive.Translating
Wonderful, spacious place at the farmer's home, among roses, wildflowers and thousands of birds. Yes, the motorway is close, but it barely bothers you. All services are available, with lovely sanitary facilities. The price is for one camper with one person, as it should be. You can buy eggs and wood, pick cherries and blackberries, enjoy a cosy sitting area and make a fire.Translating
A little remote, but electricity, toilet and shower (with one token, about 5 minutes) are fine. When tired, you can also ignore the main road next door. Friendly welcome. New toilets and showers. Somewhat inexperienced construction, as much will not hold up with more visitors. The mixed grass is awful, especially when it has been mowed and is still damp—it gets everywhere.Translating
A camper site still under development. Access is probably a little narrow for a larger camper because of the branches. Expensive for what is offered. The N61 can be heard at night, which may bother light sleepers.Translating
Excellent place to spend the night. All animals are welcome. The facilities are great. The lady is welcoming. A clearly designated area for filling and emptying. Everything was great.Translating
A peaceful place before reaching Belgium, perfect for a stop of a couple of nights. The bathrooms are new and very clean. The area is part of a farm and the owner is very, very friendly! Grey and black water disposal, fresh water, showers and the possibility of electricity, although we did not need it. I am not giving five stars because of the nearby main road, but there was little noise, to be honest.Translating
A quiet place surrounded by greenery, and although it is near the main road, there is not much noise. Level pitches on asphalt or grass. Friendly owner who offered us fresh eggs for 25 cents. No services available yet except drinking water and electricity (€5). A nice quiet place to stop, 10 km from the beaches.Translating
Two stars for the friendly welcome and the greenery around the pitches. Unfortunately, the busy road nearby can be heard clearly day and night. We paid €13.50 for two people, without using the facilities.Translating
Friendly small site, no grey or black disposal or showers / toilets but perfect if you are self contained and need a safe and affordable space to base yourself in the area.
