A very well-located and very clean campsite! Very spacious pitches. On-site mini-market at reasonable prices. Very pleasant walks from the campsite, especially the nearby peninsula. Swimming available on site.✦Translating

For us, one of the most beautiful campsites, so we stayed for two nights. Very quiet, with enough space for privacy. Toilets and showers very clean. Very friendly welcome. Small kiosk with a good selection. Lovely swimming area with a sandy beach.✦Translating

A one night stay on our way north. Spacious site with some hardstanding and some grass pitches. 440nok for campervan and 2 people with electric is quite expensive but very nice washrooms, showers and potwash with very hot water. Good well maintained black & grey waste disposal point.

The lakeside camping area offers beautiful scenery and a spacious campsite. The restrooms are clean, and the hot showers are excellent and free of charge. However, the facilities are somewhat outdated, small kitchen and the Wi-Fi is weak, only usable near the reception area, hope they improve it next time.

Great site, very spacious, with a beautiful view of the lake. Large washrooms, not quite modern in color but very good. Swimming available in the lake. The waste-disposal station is excellent; only a sink would be useful. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi is very limited and only available around reception.✦Translating

Lovely campsite, clean sanitary facilities, and a friendly welcome. Besides the large meadow with electrical hookups, there is a small wooded area where you can stay without electricity. There are more private little niches, some with a direct view of the water. When we were there at the beginning of August, it was very quiet.✦Translating

Huge meadow by the lake, only lightly occupied when we arrived at the end of July. We chose a spot by the shore, next to a small sandy beach—great for swimming. Modern, spacious facilities. You can buy everyday essentials at reception. Recommended!✦Translating

Good place for a short stay. There are a few shaded pitches. Strict dog rules apply: no barking or whining, short leash only, etc. There are two access points to the water. Sanitary facilities are old but okay, included and clean. There is no direct hiking or circular trail, only a path along the main road.✦Translating

We were there at the beginning of September. Best place ever. Everything available, hardly anyone there, small shop open from 7–8 p.m., clean, and pitches for every preference.✦Translating

Spent our last night here last year, and especially went via Kristiansand just to come back this year. If you drive all the way into the woods, there are a few secluded spots by the water. Possible to swim, dine on the rocks at sunset, etc. No electricity there, but it's almost like camping in the wild, and the views are great. Will come again next time we go to Norway!

Peaceful campsite on a peninsula. Spacious layout. You can stay on a large meadow or in several places in the woods. It was windy in the valley, but because of the campsite’s location it was very calm there. Sanitary facilities somewhat old and not very clean during our visit. Overflowing bins and a dirty floor. Perfect place to relax by the water! We paddled in a kayak and on boards, very calm and clean water. Sanitary facilities quite worn but very clean. We travel with a dog who was very welcome in this place, but there are many prohibitions regarding dogs, e.g. they can only walk on a short leash and not bark for too long.
