This roadside wild spot beside a loch is almost level and offers beautiful views. Traffic is minimal, especially at night, and overnight stays have been peaceful. There is good 4g, but midges swarm from about 7pm until midnight.

Great spot, almost level. Right next to the road but almost no traffic at night. Beautiful view on the lich. Very peaceful night. Good 4g.
Please park as close to the edge as possible; this may be a passing place, but there is so little traffic that one car does not stand out.
Stayed here in our caravan. Only ones here but there was another space and the pot holes have been filled. Lovely quiet setting with fantastic views of the Loch. Midges do swarm from about 7pm until midnight. Very minimal traffic and had a fantastic sleep with no trouble at all.
Great view, directly by the lake. The site is fairly level and directly beside the road, but nevertheless quite quiet. There is not much traffic here.
Good spot for 1 night. It was very windy, but that might have been that particular night. It did feel a tad close to the road, but the road is quiet at night. All campsites, hotels and restaurants were booked up in Tongue. Ben Loyal Hotel does do takeaway fish and chips if you ask nicely. 24/7 public toilets in Tongue which are fine.
