Quiet parking, no services

Beautiful, quiet parking area in a small village near Laon. Unfortunately, there are no restaurants or cafés nearby.

Fine free place for one night without facilities. Neatly laid out and pleasantly quiet. There is a small supermarket in the village, but otherwise nothing much to do. At the entrance to the village there is a fantastic bakery with delicious baguettes and croissants.

Everything has been said. I can only confirm the positive comments. A very pleasant stop. For sporty visitors, a short run to Fort de Bruyère is worth the detour. Thank you to the municipality.

Despite a very observant neighbor, we had a pleasant evening and a quiet night. We arrived at 8:30 p.m.; three pitches were still available. The nearby playground is great for children. The pitch is well marked. Trucks passed from 6 a.m., but it was not very bothersome. Thank you to the municipality for this lovely place.

Speechless at the wonderful location of this motorhome site. Many thanks to those responsible and the local residents. Playground and fitness equipment directly next door, with a beautiful village all around.

Very nice. We arrived at 9 p.m. and got the last space. Clean and quiet.

On arrival the village seemed welcoming with a well maintained CC parking area. As mentioned there are 4 clearly designated bays with a maximum stay of 48 hrs. No facilities but there is a water fountain just 2 minutes away. The village has a small corner shop. We also walked into Vorges which has a beautiful church. A peaceful spot thank you to the village for a lovely stay.

We spent two quiet nights here. Thank you to the municipality for this facility. Other municipalities should follow its example. Thanks also to the neighbors opposite for the small tomatoes from their garden.

Arrived at 11 p.m. There was no space left. We parked 50 m farther away in a car park. The night was fairly quiet. There must be a dog-breeding facility nearby, as dogs howled from time to time during the night. Not much car traffic.

No services, but very quiet at night!

We discovered this place by chance on the way to another pitch. It is very quiet at night, which was pleasant. We only heard a few chickens and the rooster. Very idyllic.

I went there; a very beautiful place. Thank you to the municipality, and many thanks to the neighbors who brought us a piece of pie and also helped us with water. Many thanks to them.

Very good place for four motorhomes, with a playground right next door. We had a very good night.

Thanks to the local authority for this special motorhome area. A non-potable water point 50 m away for filling containers only. Bins nearby. Quiet night in a lovely village. I recommend it if you want to visit Laon; it is 7 km away.

Great place. Water tap beside the playground with good pressure; we were able to fill several containers. The neighbor from the house constantly smokes cigarettes and watches. Fine for one night!

Just a lunch break; the place is nice but nothing special. I confirm Ricz73’s previous comment: the occupant of the house opposite is not very discreet, especially when he urinates in his garden in full view of everyone. Thank you to the municipality for this place.

Small four-space area, well located and quiet. Many thanks to the municipality.

The place is clean and nice. However, the road is quite frequented from early morning and there is no privacy at all, especially thanks to the guy from the house across the street who stares at you all the time from early morning.

Amazing Aire for 4x vans. Loads of space between, really clean and well kept areas. No services but as expected. Only down side was the cockerel and the number of local dogs howling.

Great place! Nicely laid out, with enough space, picnic benches, and a playground. There are also bins, which were emptied during our stay. Absolutely quiet at night; there are many dogs in the neighborhood, but we did not hear them at night. Highly recommended!

Really lovely spot with a picnic bench and small park. Disappointing to see previous people leave food and tissue on the grass when there are so many bins in the car park - pls don’t be like them!!
