Mountain parking, narrow access

We had a lovely, peaceful night in a Ducato Maxi. The approach through the neighboring village is very narrow. It is better to take the road from the other side; that is the way we came back down. Do not drive through the village via Camp Grand/Arquizat Village. The Le Bousquet Redoun/Baychon road is better for large vehicles.

Previous comment has a point. Parking is right next to the village. However, if you keep going down the road to the ruins of Miglos, there is a small parking with picnic tables and trash bin. By far the most incredible spot I've had. Camping there is a bit questionable I guess since it feels too good to be true, but I spent the night unbothered and had the ruins and mountain views all to myself.

I find the reviews difficult to understand... The view is very beautiful, but that is about the only positive point. Even in mid-November, cars pass constantly at all hours and you can hear everything because you are right next to the road. Dogs bark nonstop and there is no privacy. I lasted three hours in the early evening before leaving.

Exceptional view and a very charming village; the site is incredible! We could not access it by the standard motorhome route because the entrance to the village is blocked and is no more than 2 meters wide. Continue along the main road and turn right toward the Niaux caves at the junction; the route will recalculate afterward. Go there, it is great. We stayed on the grass facing the mountains—paradise.

Near Miglos Castle, altitude 750 m, with two picnic tables, two water points, and hiking possibilities. A nice spot for the night, with little traffic. The village of Miglos has a 2-meter width restriction, suitable only for small motorhomes.

Perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful mountain views and great peace and quiet. Friendly welcome from the villagers. Bins and recycling facilities, with a water point near the cemetery. Access is limited to 2 m wide between the houses. No problem in a van.

Perfect for an improvised overnight stop. In the shade of two walnut trees, with room to set up a table, good views, and peace and quiet. Some dogs barked at 6 in the morning—village life.
