Camping de Sorel

Perfect and ideal if you are travelling on the motorway and want to stop to rest and spend the night in a very quiet place with no noise, even when full. We did not try it, but the restaurant looks very good. Showers and facilities for washing dishes and clothes. Only 10 minutes from the motorway exit.

A perfect stopover site for late arrivals and early departures. Close to the motorway but very quiet, with a very well-maintained site. The sanitary facilities are very good by French standards, there is a good restaurant, and a bakery van comes in the morning. The price is perfectly reasonable. Anyone who still has something to complain about...

Spacious, pleasant campsite with excellent sanitary facilities. Many travellers stopping overnight. The restaurant has something for everyone and is not expensive. We are happy to return. We paid €26.80 for two people with a camper, including electricity and free Wi-Fi.

The staff was really kind and the reception was open until 22!! the toilets and the showers were clean and warm and the pitches big! The only negative point was the price..33 euro for a campervan, 2 adults and 2 kids without electricity

Very welcoming campsite staff and, to top it off, a very good creperie-pizzeria, La Sarrazine. We will return.

A solid campsite, but unfortunately there are neither toilet seats nor hot water. The latter was probably just bad luck on my part.

We arrived at the campsite, 80 km from home, and realised that we had forgotten a bag at home. Forced to return home, we informed the campsite, and they kindly waited for us until 11 p.m. to reopen the barrier. Many thanks once again! The campsite is also very quiet and well maintained. Our only regret is not having been able to try the creperie, but we will return because of that.

The reception hours are extensive; they answer the phone and assist in person, in English and even a little Spanish. The employee was very helpful and friendly. The campsite surroundings are beautiful, with carefully maintained vegetation. We had impressive pizzas for dinner at the restaurant. Clean showers and toilets. I missed electrical sockets and facilities for filling and emptying water. Toilet paper was available in the bathroom.

Probably the best campsite we stayed at during the trip. All services were included, and it was not expensive for four people and a motorhome. Huge area with plenty of nature, an excellent restaurant and easy access to all services. The whole team was very kind and welcoming.

You are travelling through an isolated area with little traffic and then come across this lovely campsite. Plenty of space for every camper, whether tent, motorhome or caravan. Toilets and showers are in a container, practical and clean. Good restaurant on site and friendly welcome. Recommended!

Excellent campsite for a stopover! €21 with a CCI card. Sanitary facilities are well maintained. Reception also speaks English, not only French.

Wonderful campsite, clean, fresh and with fantastically helpful staff. Really good restaurant with something for every taste. We would gladly return! Peaceful, quiet and incredibly charming. The bread van also brought warm bread to the campsite in the morning. SUPER.

Very friendly welcome in perfect English! Very large site with large pitches; caravans do not need to be unhitched. A sanitary container for everyone, with showers, toilets and individual washrooms. Wonderfully quiet at night. Great place for a stopover!
