Riverside parking, difficult access

This is not a campsite at all; it is a settlement. I did not see anyone, there is nowhere to empty waste, and the road to get there becomes difficult. I do not recommend it at all.

It is a parking area above the river. There is a restaurant and a kind owner. Parking was free. There are no facilities, but we liked it there. The access road is worse.

Not sure if this place is still operational. Drove down there, nothing open, no boat trips, nobody around and looks like a traveller camp with caravans dotted around the place. There is a sign up in parking area that says parking cost 400 dinar but we decided not to stay. The last section of the gravel road is heavily rutted and we only just made it back up. More suited to 4x4 vehicles.

One of the best places we visited in our 6-month trip. Free parking. Wifi. Slavica (the beautiful blonde owner of the restaurant) helped us with everything and we enjoyed her food. Dinar or Euro no problem. Beautiful hike to the gorge. You can also do a boat trip. You can swim in the water. They treated our 2 year old son like a prince. He still talks about Slavica 3 months after. Love!

amazing place. free to camp. there is a restaurant but they only take euros, not serbian dinar so take cash if you want to eat or have a drink. no English spoken so Google translate was helpful.

Nice location. A kind of caravan park with everything included. Shower and toilet available. Unfortunately no Wi-Fi, but you do not want that in this setting anyway…

I did not drive all the way down because the road was too washed out and I was worried I would not be able to get back up the steep gravel roads. I spent a very quiet night with a fantastic view. In the morning, the national park ranger came and charged me an entrance fee. He was very friendly, though. Even if it is warm during the day, dress warmly at night; I froze at an altitude of 1,100 m.

Very nice spot, but everything totally closed when we were there (early Oct.). Nice hike to the Uvac viewpoint (1.5-2hrs and then back), we were accompanied the whole way by five friendly doggos. Did not spend the night as the last part is very steep and in bad condition, we were worried about maybe not making it back up since it was going to rain. Vehicle can be left at the top though.
