Lake-view parking, road traffic

We spent a quiet and safe night here. Motorcycle noise until about 8 p.m., then quiet. Mobile reception was poor or nonexistent. Beautiful view and almost no shade.

We spent a quiet night. Free parking. The only issue was the temperature: since the parking area is at altitude, we were a little cold, but otherwise everything was very good.

The spot is great. Level and spacious. We were not the only ones, but there are plenty of spaces. A bit too much traffic during the day, but it is more of a place for a short stop.

No services, just a bin. Pleasant surroundings, close to hiking trails, beautiful sunrise and level ground.

Beautiful view of Lake Geneva and the mountains. Level area with bins, plus a small spot with a table, benches and a barbecue grill. We spent one night there in our car. It was fairly quiet, even though there was some traffic in the morning.

Ideal starting point for great hikes. However, it is directly on a fairly busy road, so it is not really quiet. That did not bother me because I was hiking during the day anyway. Otherwise, it is probably not suitable for a longer stay. I had the place to myself at night. There is a wastebasket, which was practical.

Good for spending one night, with a one-hour walk opposite the spot.

I spent a pleasant, somewhat chilly night here with my dog in a Mercedes Sprinter. There are beautiful walks all around. The drive up is winding and takes a while, but it is worth it!
