Route de Blois, 41600, Lamotte-Beuvron
Been here?
A shaded rest area near the motorway, with picnic tables and a generally quiet night. A 2.1meter height restriction now prevents taller motorhomes from entering, and the parking area is narrow and mainly suited to cars. The nearby road can be heard, while deep potholes make access and departure difficult. It is useful for a short stop or one night for vehicles that fit.

Beware: 2.1 m height restriction. I did not notice it, so we had to turn around. We are now in the industrial area; it is Saturday.
What a shame they installed a 2.10 m barrier. We slept here a year ago, but it is now impossible!
2.1-meter height restriction.
I’m only giving this a 2 star because it was impossible to stay. The actual spot is very narrow, clearly more suitable for cars. And when we arrived it was absolutely full. We didn’t even go in, I walked in to confirm no availability. Just 17 minutes further along we stayed in the lovely P4N at La Ferte St Aubin, big well shaded parking with a pretty lake
Good spot near the motorway, perfect when traveling for the holidays! At night there is not much noise, and having breakfast at the table in the morning while listening to the birdsong is a real pleasure!
Very pleasant parking area. Quiet and peaceful. A good place to rest. The only downside is the deep potholes, which make entering and leaving the parking area very difficult. Be careful.
Quiet and beautiful place to spend the night, very close to the motorway but away from the road noise. It is the starting point of a walk through the forest.
Very convenient for one night, not far from the motorway. There are picnic tables if needed, and it is fairly quiet despite the road right next to it.
Quiet during the night. There were no other vehicles and hardly any cars passed on the nearby road. At 9 a.m. cars started arriving for hikers, so it is perfect for a break during the journey or for spending the night, but you will need to get up early. There are benches and picnic tables on the grass, ideal for taking the dogs out for a while.
Next to the equestrian park. A little noisy because it is close to the road, but it works for one night.
