Free service area, overnighting prohibited

The black water is where the water faucet is. The water comes very slowly and you have to push a button to make it flow. It takes a lot of time. The gray water is a bit further away.

It saved us with the free electricity working! We needed to charge the motorhome battery. There is plenty of space. At the entrance marked by the app, large motorhomes cannot get in, but it is possible if you go around. On the other side there is a large entrance right next to the charging station. Unfortunately, the water and black-water services were out of order; I don't know if that was because it was winter.

The water is currently shut off; only electricity is available.

In winter we don't know, but in spring, summer, and autumn it is possible to empty the tanks and spend the night here. Thank you to the municipality! Support local businesses and be respectful.

Only 2.3 meters wide. This is very tight. Completely ridiculous: there would be enough space, but they deliberately put two posts in the way!

Fresh water with a push button and very low flow; it takes a long time to fill 100 liters, but it can help in a pinch. Gray water disposal is on a slope. Black water disposal is fine.

Quiet, pleasant night in a large parking area, despite the nearby military airfield. The service point was excellent, and I was also able to get fresh water with my watering can. Thank you, Payerne, for this possibility. Since idyllic means something different to me, I moved to a green parking area for breakfast, after stocking up on treats at the nearby bakery.

No water comes out, neither from the drinking-water tap nor the disposal point. A shame, but thanks to the municipality anyway.

Aircraft, car, and train noise, all within reasonable limits. Disposal and service facilities are excellent. Perfect for a stopover.

Fine for one night. Some disturbance during the night from cars and young people driving through, but otherwise no problem. Train traffic starts in the morning. Close to the town center and good for shopping.

We spent the night here while traveling between Geneva and Bern and took the opportunity to empty our tanks. Nevertheless, it was a little noisy in the middle of the night, with two cars driving around the parking area.

Great place for one night, with a bakery directly opposite. At night it is a meeting place for a few youngsters, but everything remained within reasonable limits.

Free gray-water and toilet disposal! Filling up is less easy, though. But everything is free! Thank you! ATTENTION: a fair takes place from August 6 to 21. We could use the area because no rides had been installed that day, but that may change afterward.

Finally, a service area for passing motorhomes in Switzerland. Available free of charge! Thank you to the municipality of Payerne. There is a drain for those with a sewer hose, or space in the column for those with a removable cassette, along with the drinking-water tap. Excellent.

Yes, services are there and its cheap, but its super noisy from the skate park, the train and there are shady people around... wont come again and cant recommend it.

Excellent parking area with all services free of charge: water, waste disposal, gray water, chemical toilet, and electricity. One small drawback: the gray-water grate is on a bend near the sidewalk, making it difficult to aim at, even with a 6-meter van. Thank you to the municipality of Payerne.
