This motorway service area has showers in the restrooms of the restaurants and Carrefour Express. Cassette emptying is operational, but grey-water drainage is blocked. Black-water emptying is unavailable and overflowing, and there is no fresh water.

Only for grey water. Black water is unavailable; it is completely blocked and overflowing! There is no fresh water either. Continue to the Chères area, just after Lyon, heading toward Paris. Everything is available there!
Cassette disposal blocked, what a shame for a motorway service area.
