Parking closed to motorhomes

Parking is now paid and motorhomes are prohibited.

Unfortunately, motorhomes and camper vans can no longer access it. A 2.1-metre barrier has been installed. What a shame; we went to Fontaine-de-Vaucluse instead, a beautiful and more welcoming village.

The car park is often full in the afternoon, so come early in the morning or late in the evening, after 6 p.m. Toilets fairly clean in the women’s section, including a small one for young children. Rubbish bins with recycling available. Very nice picnic area with tables; hardly anyone respects the rules and many people try to swim. Warning: the water is very cold. Two fairly quiet nights in June. The little train passes here.

Nice site, but very busy during the day in season. We could not find a place, at 2 p.m.

Ideal for spending a pleasant afternoon. Dirty toilets. We did not stay overnight. But why not.
