Quiet dike-side area, dated facilities

Good and quiet place. The harbour master is very friendly. You can enjoy walking along the dike and visit an old pumping station.

Lovely quiet and affordable camper spot on the dike. Very friendly owner, who also runs the kitchen of the adjoining restaurant, where we ate extremely well. The only downside is the local youths disturbing the peace with scooters and cars in the evening, although they do not stay late, and the basic facilities with low water pressure in the shower. Despite that, we would gladly return!

Fine place, friendly owner, good apple pie and excellent cycling opportunities. The restaurant was unfortunately closed, but it must be good judging by the number of people who stopped by.

Beautiful small camper spot at the harbour. Registration was very pleasant. The sanitary facilities are somewhat dated but functional. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the dike, even on a leash and even when there are no sheep.

Great spot for a couple of nights. We did get some noise from the local youths on their mopeds until around 9pm, then it went quiet.

A very beautiful and peaceful camper spot for a few motorhomes, right by the dike. Plenty of opportunities for walks and finding peace. I really recovered well here. Tip: about 10 minutes north, behind the dike, there is a small beach that can provide a refreshing dip at high tide. See you.

Beautiful camper spot directly at the harbour, extremely quiet, with electricity. A nice little village right next door with several restaurants, perfect for cycling along the dike.

Beautiful place! Unfortunately it was already full in the evening, but we were able to park outside without electricity and still use the facilities.

Great camper spot! Payment in cash by envelope at the restaurant, electricity for €2. When we were there, the harbour master's toilet was open and very clean. Thank you for this lovely spot. With a little luck, you can see seals right in the harbour basin.

Very nice here and not too expensive. The toilets are a little dated but clean, so it is great. Everything does not always have to be modern. You park right by the dike and it is very quiet.

Unfortunately, only one shower each for men and women for the camper area and marina, which is too few. The shower and toilet are very outdated. Unfortunately, there was a flea market on Sunday, which we were not informed about on arrival, so the exit was blocked. Price for two people including tourist tax and motorhome: €15.70 per night. Arrival and departure times are flexible.

This place is not suitable at all for people with dogs. Hiking or cycling are out, and even a pleasant walk is not possible.

We arrived around 9 p.m., but it was absolutely no problem. In the evening, payment is handled on trust via a letterbox. After sending a short SMS to a Dutch mobile number, you receive a friendly welcome and the codes for the sanitary facilities; they are basic but completely adequate. A beautiful spot directly behind the dike!

Beautiful, quiet camper spot for relaxing, directly behind the dike. Registration at the restaurant about 50 m away. Not ideal for dog owners, as dogs are unfortunately not allowed on the dike. I think one shower each for women and men serving the camper area and marina is too few, hence one star deducted. Otherwise highly recommended.

Very nicely located spot on a paved, almost level surface. Electricity, service point and toilet disposal available. Very quiet, directly at the marina. Several restaurants and a snack bar are a one-minute walk away. The pitch fee of €12.50 plus €2 electricity is very fair. I will definitely come back, because cycling here is fantastic!

Very nice spot. We came from Bunde and admired the tulip field in Woldendorp. However, prices here have changed somewhat; current as of April 2024: €12.50 plus tourist tax of €1.60 per person plus €2 electricity for 24 hours. We paid €17.50 in total.
