We stopped there for lunch today. Pleasant place, especially with children; there are horses that can be petted. The place is fairly clean, with shaded tables and bins available.
Better keep looking for other options; - The El Castaño recreational area is sloped, except for a space next to the bins, and going to the sports center parking lot is not a good choice: lots of noise, dogs, cars, ...
