Unnamed Road, 9040, Vollan
Been here?
4x4 access only
Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A beautiful but small off-road spot on a pebble beach, with mountains, water views and barbecue areas. The access is tricky, the ground is uneven, and it is better suited to smaller vans, preferably with 4x4. Fishing activity occurs, and staying is currently impossible because the place is infested with flies.

The place is nice, but it is impossible to stay at the moment because it is infested with flies. What a shame.Translating
This spot is really superb. We only stopped to eat beside the water; there were no fishermen when we passed by. But we would have gladly slept here given the quality of the place!Translating
Perfect spot! We have a normal car and we were able to access it. But it is indeed tricky. It is a popular spot for fishers, we saw multiple, one joined us on the spot for a bit. There are 2 fire pits already but no wood around, so bring it. The spot is not level at all
quite and clean place. Excellent view, possible to swim, SUP, and see mussels
You should have some ground clearance for the edge on the way down, but it is manageable without four-wheel drive. I made it back up with front-wheel drive in the rain. Quiet place with an amazing view. Fishermen come by sporadically throughout the day, but so far none has had a problem with me staying here. Levelling chocks are needed to stand straight.Translating
Beautiful place to sleep, relatively quiet. We managed both downhill and uphill without 4x4, but it was dry. Please—if you need to relieve yourself (although I don't understand it, Norway is full of toilets along the way), at least bury it afterward.Translating
Very beautiful, too bad the owner asked us why we had parked in this area and where we had seen that it was allowed. Very kind, but we had to leave.Translating
