Loch parking, narrow access

Spent the night here in winter with no problems at all. Arrived about 8pm and left about 9am the next morning

Beautiful park that’s well maintained, with a great view of the loch and castle. Toilets for 20p and free parking.

we walked past on Saturday evening 19 August.. not only were there two large motorhomes parked there but also a big caravan with its generator humming. car parked alongside. that's a bridge too far for me

No overnight parking.

Quiet location, with a few vans during our stay. Pay toilets available. Incredible view of the loch. Easy access from the nearby town.

Stunning location next to the Loch with picnic spaces but don’t even think about it unless you have a small camper van or are prepared to reverse your motorhome all the way back to the junction. Very narrow access road bordered by high wall with stone buttresses on one side which makes it difficult for cars to pass

Nice quiet little spot considering how popular it is with the locals. Only downside is is some of the locals like to have bbqs on the bare grass (resulting in burning the grass), on top of the bench’s and throw litter everywhere, which probably gets blamed on the tourists camping overnight there!

Great for spending one night while passing through to the Highlands. Quiet and clean—let's keep it that way.

The sign says no overnight parking. The spot beforehand has no signs.

Spend the night on a rainy evening. Not much happening, but steady spot

Safe and peaceful Stayed one night at the very end of Kirk gate could have done with levelling ramps. Tarmac surface stated on one sign No overnight but on another asked for donations for overnight. Lovely view of loch quiet night fabulous walk thro woodland
