The road from Alcaine is not suitable for large vehicles; with a 6 m van it was manageable. The site is very large and we were completely alone! We parked a little farther away, near the field and away from the lights. In the evening, the crickets and frogs started a concert. A very beautiful starry sky. If you filter the water while filling up, it takes time because of the low water pressure.✦Translating

Of course, it won't win any beauty contests. But it has everything, and the people are very nice! Wonderful surroundings: vultures live on one mountain, stone is quarried on the other, and you can also walk around a mountain lake.✦Translating

Very large and peaceful area. No shade. Free emptying and filling with drinking water. Ideal for visiting the wonderful Monastery of Santa María del Olivar; you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner there. The visit is well worth it.✦Translating
