Been here?
A quiet, rustic mountain campsite at 1400m, with 55 spacious, often wooded pitches and a panorama over the surrounding mountains. Recent prices include 20 € with electricity and 15€ per night for a van, 2 adults and a dog. The sanitary facilities are old, undersized when full, and sometimes poorly maintained, while Wi-Fi is available at reception but there is no network. Free seasonal shuttles stop nearby, with hiking routes around the area, though the campsite is far from the village.

A rustic, old-fashioned campsite, but with fairly large, tree-lined pitches. Very attractive price: €20 with electricity. Its remote location is a major advantage: free seasonal shuttles run from Beaufort to Lake St Guérin a little higher up, via Arêches.
Campsite with a beautiful panorama, quiet, attractive price of €15 per night for a van with two adults and a dog. However, the sanitary facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. We had reserved a pitch but were placed randomly. Positive point: free shuttles just a few steps away and many hiking trailheads. However, it is far from the village. For one or two nights maximum!
Nice campsite; the sanitary facilities are outdated but functional. The pitches are marked out and spacious. Good value for money: €36 for two cars with a roof tent, four adults, four children and a dog.
It deserves credit for existing. Apart from the extremely old sanitary facilities, this does not explain the poor maintenance and cleanliness of the buildings, which are... The pitches are large; there is no mobile network, but Wi-Fi is available at reception. With small children, I preferred it to the tarmac parking lot in Arêches, where everyone is packed tightly together. The campsite is not very expensive, but still too expensive given the quality. Two stars for the location.
Very pleasant campsite; good value for money (€13.90 per night); pleasant staff; bread available to order; shuttle to visit the surrounding area right by the campsite.
Do not expect luxury here, but you will find ultimate peace and a lovely spot in the real mountains! The sanitary facilities are outdated and only moderately maintained. Otherwise, it is fine. Friendly and easygoing owners.
Very difficult-to-access campsite (very narrow road) with our van, so imagine trying it with a motorhome!
Great place, quiet and relaxing. Very friendly manager. Excellent cycling and hiking routes starting from Lake St Guérin, with a free shuttle. A campsite close to real life, no frills, just the essentials. We will come back.
Campsite open. Great place, quiet and surrounded by nature. Sanitary facilities somewhat dated but clean. No network coverage. Beautiful walks starting from the Guérin dam, 2.5 km away.
Small, quiet campsite, ideal for hiking. Reception facilities under construction (June 2021), sanitary block clean but aging. Superb setting.
Small campsite with outdated facilities. Some pitches are fairly level. Far from all services but well located for starting hikes.
