Quai des Sous/mariniers, 83000, Toulon
Been here?
Large parking 200 m from Toulon ferry terminal, ideal for overnight waits before Corsica crossings. Limited to 2-hour stops officially; spaces suit vehicles under 5 m only. Free; public toilets 500 m away at the dock. Frequent noise from youth gathering and partying until 3 a.m.—earplugs essential. Quiet enough before dawn ferry departures.

We parked our converted van here in the afternoon and stayed overnight, as we had a ferry the next day. What a shame about the young people who occupied the benches all night until 3 a.m., shouting, laughing, talking very loudly and playing music at full volume, plus others arriving by car, screeching their tires, leaving their engines running and playing music with the windows open.
Very good for one night. Do not forget earplugs, because there really are young people playing music, but with earplugs there is no problem sleeping peacefully.
Indeed, a good place to wait for the ferry. The spaces are only suitable for small campers. It was a beautiful evening, so there were young people spending their evening here, as expected. At night there was also a loud car and a street-cleaning truck.
Good parking area for spending the night before taking a ferry. We have a Westfalia van, but opening it is not permitted. Otherwise, no problem.
This parking area is not suitable for vehicles longer than 5 m. Only a few lengthwise spaces can accommodate longer vehicles. When we passed through, all the spaces were occupied by local vehicles.
Spot near the ferry terminal. Good for one night and 10 minutes from the ferry. Public toilet in the terminal parking area, about 500 m from the spot. Downside: popular with young people who occupy it all night, talk loudly and leave their rubbish behind.
We spent the evening here before taking the night ferry. Perfect, but we have a 6 m motorhome. Anything longer may make parking more complicated. You can reach the port of Toulon in 15 minutes without rushing. Great little restaurant.
The place could be very good if there were not a car parking at the back directly behind us, playing music at full volume until 3:30 a.m.! Getting up at 5:30 a.m. for the ferry is hard!
For those who want a quiet night, bring earplugs and an eye mask. There was music at the back of the parking area until 3 a.m.
We spent one night here before taking the boat the next morning. This place is perfect for that situation. A few young people on scooters came to chat in the parking area during the night, but left a few minutes later. No problem. There are generally always a few vans.
A quiet place to spend the night before taking the ferry. It is a street-side parking area without services.
Good for waiting for the ferry. Few spaces. We went all the way to the end, where the Les Régates restaurant is.
The parking areas for waiting for the ferries are not very secure. I recommend going to the La Chapelle parking area in Six-Fours-les-Plages, 20 minutes from the ferry. It is quieter and safer.
Feel free to go all the way to the end of the dead-end street to find a quieter place. Ideal for waiting for the ferry.
Perfect for spending the night and being on time for the ferry.
Arrived at night; many spaces were free. Relatively quiet for the city center, close to the port, and perfect as a stopgap.
