Auchan Poitiers Sud parking beside the national 10, useful for shopping, refuelling, eating or stopping overnight. It is large and often has motorhomes, with restaurants nearby, but traffic from the road is audible. Recent reports describe nighttime disturbances from cars, motorcycles, tyre-smoking and loud music.

It is fine for doing the shopping.
Perhaps because it was Friday, young people went joyriding in their cars. At 21:30, two cars drove by and did donuts two streets above where we were parked. Around 1:30 a.m., about five cars and three motorcycles parked right next to our van, playing music for around an hour and a half. I moved the van to another area when they left.
Emergency parking area along the A10 for eating, sleeping, and filling up at normal prices.
Perhaps the Poitiers parking area with the most frequent motorhomes. Large, empty parking lot at night, but on a busy road, so you are not isolated. Motorhomes are apparently tolerated by the businesses. Restaurants nearby.
Great parking spot, road nearby, little light at night.
