Free street parking on a busy boulevard close to the city centre. The centre is about 20 minutes away on foot, and trees provide some shade. Nights can be quiet, but daytime traffic makes the location unsuitable for light sleepers.

Free parking spaces alongside the road, with the city center about 20 minutes away on foot. Quiet night.
We found a parking space here without any problems on a public holiday. Ideal for visiting the Palace of Culture. However, it is not suitable for overnight stays, as it is on a main road with heavy traffic.
Found a few free places on a sunday evening, slept without any problem and felt safe, left at noon on the following day. There is shade from the trees and there are trees. Note: it is boulevard parking, so not a place for light sleepers. 15-minute walk to the orthodox metropolitan cathedral, where the relics of saint parascheva are.
Free parking relatively close to the center, but very crowded. We could not find a parking space.
