Unnamed Road, 54540, Pexonne
Been here?
This shaded lakeside parking area offers quiet nights, access to hiking and cycling routes, and places for small and medium-sized motorhomes. The ground is slightly uneven, so levelling blocks are useful. It can be very busy in fine weather, with no telephone network or dustbins, and fires are forbidden even with campingaz. Arrive before 11h or after 18h, as spaces may otherwise be unavailable.

Very quiet nights, and indeed we arrived around 6:30 p.m. Possible spaces for small and medium motorhomes. Right by the water. Hiking trails and bike paths. Shaded.
Very quiet place, right next to the lake. Be sure to arrive before 11 a.m. or after 6 p.m.; otherwise, no spaces are available.
Very pleasant place; we spent one night.
Shaded area, pitch not very level but a quiet night. Close to the water and forest. Very busy on fine-weather days.
Very beautiful, peaceful place with a lovely view. I recommend it. We respected the space with our 7-meter motorhome. We spent a peaceful night, with lovely walks around the lake. Thank you to the municipality for giving us access :-).
Spacious loop with numerous natural parking areas. This autumn, during the week, there were only a few hikers and anglers.
The only remaining place for launching stand-up paddleboards and canoes. We return every year. Thank you to the municipality for letting us enjoy this for a weekend. Please do not use leveling blocks; otherwise park along the road, and do not open awnings! The parking area is very shaded. Very quiet at night. Wonderful. But for how much longer?
Woken during the night by an apparently hostile lout honking his horn. No phone signal and no trash bins. Fires are forbidden, even with camping gas. At least 20 converted vehicles, making parking difficult.
Quiet place to spend the night with a 6.70-meter motorhome and a 6-meter van. Very quiet from 7 p.m. until 8 a.m.
It was simply perfect! A quiet night, very friendly people, and some lovely encounters! Thank you.
Off-season, March: the place is great and there are few people at this time. So few that 90% of the spaces are free. It is 20 minutes from the treetop adventure park. Attention: there are no trash bins. The ground slopes slightly, so it is better to use leveling blocks for overnight stays. In the off-season, I imagine this is not a problem. There are many picnic tables.
Very nice place, so please take care of it! It is simply magnificent! No height barrier.
