A spacious parking area beside a beautiful dam, suitable for overnight stays and within walking distance of the town. Nights are generally quiet, and a water tap is about 200m along the path, though campers cannot drive to it. The parking meter had been removed on 10/05/2025.

For your information: the road from the border is signposted as limited to 3.5 tonnes and 1.80 m wide, which is very discouraging. In fact, it is a normal mountain road without any particular difficulty. Any motorhome can pass. We drove through today, 16 April 2025.Translating
