Glenedagh Oughter, F26 YY16, Glenedgh
Been here?
This is a peaceful wilderness campsite in a beautiful, remote setting, with space for one campervan. Recent visitors used clean, modern showers, toilets, sinks, a kitchen and lounge, plus spring water. Foxes, badgers and deer may be seen, and walking is available nearby. The access road is narrow and long, although a 7-meter, 3-meter-high campervan recently had no problem reaching the site.

A beautiful, peaceful place. Very friendly and helpful host. Our 7-meter-long, 3-meter-high campervan was no problem. We were able to use the kitchen and sanitary facilities because one of the two Hobbit houses was not rented that day. Clean and modern, as of 2026. Clearly recommended!
We are doing the Wild Atlantic Way in a campervan. We wanted showers, water and a kitchen. We slept in the van and used the shower/toilet/sink, kitchen and lounge of a glamping pod. Top class facilities with the bonus of spring water, TV, visits from a wild fox and badger as well as wonderful walks. Nettie couldn’t have been a nicer host. Friendly but also left us to enjoy the wild location.
Great place! The host is very welcoming and gives good advice. The breakfast is generous! Very quiet place. Perfect for parking your van or sleeping in one of the two available furnished cabins!
