Woodland picnic area, bridge access closed

We had to spend one night here during a storm. It was perfect for that.

Unfortunately, the only way to reach the spot is by crossing the bridge, but it was closed because of a hole.

Wonderful place for picnics, as a starting point for hikes and bike rides, and for overnight stays.

Very pleasant area; we were able to sleep there with a van and a roof tent. The ground is slightly sloped, however. There is the possibility of having a barbecue and free access to water. The sound of the stream lulled us to sleep!

Sometimes you should trust your navigation system. We didn’t, and therefore missed a wonderful place in the forest that has already been described several times. Next time we will drive up the somewhat steep and narrow road so we don’t miss this beautiful place.

Top forest area with tables and barbecues. We stayed for one night; firefighters arrived to conduct an exercise and a guy came to play the bongo, but overall it was very peaceful, surrounded by forest. We’ll come back.

Wonderful picnic area with lots of tables and barbecues. There are toilets, plus a sink and a fountain nearby. Three or four hikes suitable for everyone are possible. We spent a peaceful night accompanied by the stream. The road is lit by street lamps at night. RECOMMENDED!!!

Tip-top place away from the noise. We spent a peaceful night, alone in the world. Recommended.

Quiet place surrounded by forest. Accessible via an uphill road, icy in winter; chains are necessary.
