This is a functional parking area about 3km from the city centre. The main car park has camera security, while adjacent waste ground offers free parking. It is peaceful enough away from the main road, with plenty of space for large vehicles and a safe feel. The centre is about 45 minutes on foot, or bus 10 costs 25 cents per person.

Useful parking place - lot of people walking by, all very respectable going to gym or school or walking dogs so felt very safe. You park on waste ground next to door for free - but I preferred to pay to be as felt safer in the main car park with camera security.
Great parking place for visiting the city. You can walk 45 minutes to the centre or take bus 10 for 25 cents per person. Nothing special, just fine.
Parked where the locals do, for free. Peaceful enough away from main road. Plenty of space for large vehicles too. Sandy and dusty, definitely not a pretty spot but very functional for a night or two.
