Unnamed Road, 4387, Bjerkreim
Been here?
This is a beautiful lakeside swimming and overnight spot with parking areas, a dry toilet, rubbish bins, and barbecue places. The approach is bumpy, with deep tracks reported recently, and it is better suited to smaller campers. The original description states a cost of 200 crowns per day, although recent visitors could not find payment information. The lake, surrounding nature, and nearby hiking make it suitable for a quiet stop.

it's a beautiful place but i got woken up by a woman who waited next to my car and yelled at me like crazy, threatening me with the Police. I tried to stay calm, said i'm sorry and that i didnt saw any sings and that i want to leave soon anyways but she insisted on me leaving right away, yelling all the time. That was actually a bit scary. So maybe this is not the place to be.
Very beautiful spot for day and night :) As other travelers already mentioned : dry toilet, some bbq places (note: regulations from the county) and spots right at the lake and above with a parking space for staying overnight. We couldn’t find any information about paying - not in the easy park app neither online, no one came to check. Keep in mind: the road to the first parking spot is a little bumpy but the very short road to the lake spots is only possible right now with enough ground clearance. Enjoy your stay :)
Very beautiful place with a toilet without water and garbage facilities. A 4x4 would be useful for the road there.
heavy forest tractors have been operating in the area, so there are deep tracks in the road and around.
Magnificent spot, toilet very clean, great to take a dip in the lake and you can do a bit of hiking. Bad 4G connection
Nice and clean place, love it, toilet is clean
Farmer was cutting all the trees above the spot and could not even go down.
Really beautiful place with wonderful swimming opportunities. We spent a great day and night there. The spots directly by the lake are intended for turning around or unloading boats. The place is also used a lot by locals—if this place is to remain available for overnight stays, one should consider whether it should be completely occupied by motorhomes and vans. Anyone who then parks directly below at the swimming area, with chairs, a table, and a barbecue as if at a campsite, as we saw, seems unaware that such behavior will ultimately lead to overnight stays being banned at places like this. The place seemed to be free; we found no sign and nobody came to collect payment.
Very beautiful lake with good pitches slightly above it and two or three small spots directly by the lake. There are also very good tent pitches right by the water. The dry toilets are in good condition. However, there are a great many small flies around the water.
Perfect place. Two vehicles can park directly by the lake, and there is a beautiful, very quiet spot just above to the right. Also possible with a 4x4 motorhome measuring 7 m. We had a wonderful barbecue—the fire pit is available—and enjoyed the peace and nature for one night. Paid in cash with euros after seeing a euro price on the sign. Highly recommended, great for swimming.
Beautiful and idyllic. We were completely alone there. Someone also came to check once in the evening. We can only recommend this spot! Perfect for swimming or simply taking the kayak out onto the lake. A hiking route also starts right here! Small note: payment is made in cash on site.
Wonderful place! Fantastic swimming area, pit toilet, rubbish bins, and hiking trails. Pay 200 NOK in an envelope or directly to the ranger, who checks the site.
Nice place. Place for fire. Pay in vips or cash.
