Been here?
This paid motorhome area beside the busy road has the Main Cycle Path directly outside, with some pitches partly covered. Gray and black water disposal are free, while rinsing costs 1€; recent comments report that the €1 water supply does not work reliably. Electricity costs 1€/6 hours or 4€/24 hours, and parking is €6 for 24 hours. Shops are opposite, an indoor and outdoor pool is 800 m away, and a public toilet is 300 m away, but traffic noise is frequent.

The partly covered pitch gave me shelter during the two days when severe thunderstorms were forecast. Grey-water disposal is free and easy to use. Black-water disposal is also available. However, flushing costs €1. I did not use the supply facilities. Thanks to the municipality, and especially to the very kind and caring municipal employee.Translating
The pitch is actually somewhat noisy; even on public holidays there is a lot of traffic. What is completely unacceptable is the water supply. Everything is explained clearly, €1 stays in the machine, but no water comes out. You feel ripped off. Why is there no notice that there is no water? Why does the money remain in the machine? Very questionable. Never again!Translating
Parking area with several electrical outlets, €1 for 6 hours, up to 10A. The outer edge is used by fellow campers, and everyone drives over the cables laid from the inside. Unfortunately, €1 only provided about 20 litres of water, then nothing more came out. The walk to the old town is quite long, but it is quick by bike. It is a somewhat different kind of pitch. Two nights should be enough.Translating
Great place. The covered pitches are very pleasant. We did not hear the road.Translating
The pitch is paved and you can partly stand under a roof. Electricity costs €1 for 6 hours. The parking-fee machine was broken and only referred to an app. Parkster did not find a parking space, so we could not pay the €6. There is a very good pizzeria nearby and public toilets a little farther behind it. The road makes it somewhat noisy.Translating
Excellent base for cycling and hiking. The site itself is clean and offers grey-water and toilet disposal free of charge, as well as fresh water (40 litres for €1). Parking fees for 24 hours are €6. Electricity costs either €1 for 6 hours or €4 for 24 hours. The main road running directly behind the pitch did not bother us. Shopping is about a 10-minute walk away.Translating
The road is very loud. Otherwise, great value for money. Food and shopping are within walking distance. Good for walking the dog. At night the road is briefly quiet.Translating
We have been coming here for years and love the place and the town, not least because of the delicious wines at the wine tavern. BUT this evening a driving school spent over an hour in the hall practising trailer driving with a student, and in my opinion this is a motorhome pitch that we pay €6 for, so a driving school should not be using the grounds to practise trailer driving or other manoeuvres!!Translating
Lovely site right next to the cycle path. Everything you need is available. Unfortunately, it is relatively noisy because of the main road directly alongside it.Translating
We came here to fill up with water. We connected everything and only then inserted the €1 for the supposedly 40 litres. We got a full 23.8 litres without interruption. I consider that a rip-off. Absolutely appalling for water.Translating
The site offers everything you need (or do not need). Water and waste disposal are available, as is electricity. The pitch is paved and level; you can stand either under the roof or in the open area. The road is clearly audible, but there is not much traffic at night. Direct connection to the cycle-path network. Food and drinks are available in the town. 24 hours: €6Translating
Clean, tidy site. One of the few pitches where waste disposal and water supply are possible even in winter. Thanks to the municipality.Translating
Very conveniently located for a trip to Miltenberg, a 30-minute walk away. Although the paved site is directly beside the road, it did not bother us at the weekend; it was quiet at night. Parking costs €6 for 24 hours, and electricity (12 outlets) costs €1 for 6 hours. Water and waste disposal are also possible in winter.Translating
We were there from Saturday to Sunday at the weekend. I stood under the roof and everything was fine. Yes, the road is right next to it and you can hear it somewhat. The electrical outlets were all occupied at first, but we were lucky and one became free. Miltenberg is easily reachable on foot. I highly recommend the nearby pizzeria. Good taste at a good price.Translating
Excellent site, and the road next to it did not bother us... However, why no motorhome driver parks under the roof in wet weather is beyond me.Translating
Despite the disadvantages caused by the noise of a fairly busy road, this parking area deserves positive mention for the quality of its facilities and the low price charged for one night. Thanks to the municipality, which made major investments to accommodate motorhome travellers!Translating
