312 Avenue de Grasse, 06250, Mougins
Been here?
A forest parking area at the end of a dead-end road, near a pond with walking paths. Concrete blocks restrict access for vehicles over 6m, and even a 5.8m van only just passed through. It can be busy, with many dogs and limited spaces, and camping or overnight stays are not allowed.

A perfect place to relax. Camping is not allowed. A police patrol passed by several times.
The approach was okay. It was possible with a VW T5 van, but motorhomes cannot get through. It was a beautifully landscaped park with benches and tables. Cars pass by occasionally, and people walk there in the morning.

It is inaccessible by camper; don’t waste your time, they have installed concrete blocks.
A spot with everything going for it. But quite a lot of people until late, noise, and barking dogs. Many people come to walk their dogs, which are not always well behaved or kept on a leash. And from 6 or 7 a.m. it’s a procession, with no consideration—people park right next to you even while you’re having breakfast! There is space in all the parking lots 10 meters away!
No disposal facilities for grey water or chemical toilets. The pitches are large and separated by hedges. Only one sanitary facility was open, and two toilets were still locked. The whole building is really awful. And all this for €38 for two people. Two points for the direct beach access. The beach section is heavily monitored by French police. We saw police on the site every day.
