Free guarded parking, electricity

A safe place with very friendly guards who take turns covering it 24/7. We ultimately stayed for three days and were able to visit Belgrade without stress. Many thanks to the company boss for this generous offer and to the guards for their kindness. Services are free on request. A grocery store and an excellent bakery are just a short walk away, with very reasonable prices.

The place’s caretaker is very welcoming. Grey and black water can be dumped into a drain in the parking lot. Clean water can be taken from the bathroom sink; containers are preferable. Very quiet night.

Unfriendly, and they refused us water. We do not understand why.

We were here last year and it was great again. Very nice people on site. Not for late risers, at least during the week. The bakery is amazing—friendly, delicious, and delicious.

An extra-extraordinary find! So thankful to the kind owner and guards of this spot. We were straight away made to feel welcome. We arrived late and still felt so safe and with all the extras such as wifi, grey water and access to toilets, we were blown away. Supermarket and bakery across the street. Great pitch near Belgrade; the town of Pancevo is also charming. The hospitality here is on a level I have never experienced before: electricity, water, and toilet access, all free. I was also able to meet the owner, Miki, a wonderful person who made my stay even better.

Supervised site with little noise at night. Grey water and toilet emptying are done into a grate, and there is a hose for fresh water. The security guard was professional and attentive to our needs. The owner, faithful to his traditions, stopped to greet us and was very kind. Highly recommended site.

Perfect park up, kindly offered by a fellow motorhomer who owns the factory you park at. The area is not the most salubrious but you are parked next to the security office who are there 24 hours, felt totally safe. Had ehu, was able to empty the toilet cassette and have some fresh water. Four friendly dogs around and longing for some love. A great supermarket opposite. Thank you we need more helpful people like you in the world!!

We're grateful to the owner and guards for running this place. We stayed here before visiting Belgrade and felt very safe. There's a convenient supermarket right across the road. A few strays wander around and they do bark but they're all very sweet.

We were very pleased and benefited from the free internet and Wi-Fi service. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner. The security guard on duty was very helpful. The factory owners came to meet us and gave us a bottle of their own wine as a gift. We slept safely at night. Many thanks to the factory owner and the security guard for everything.

What a beautiful idea! Thanks to the boss. We spent the night and felt safe doing so. The night guard, although he doesn’t speak English, is well prepared and hands you a sheet with all the important information. He is very nice and helpful.

We were lucky to find this place shortly before arriving, and after reading the reviews we decided to spend a night here. We had the pleasure of meeting the person who decided to open the doors of his company to fellow motorhomers. A wonderful person whom we thank once again! I highly recommend it if you are passing through and want to feel safe! It is a company's parking area. The night guard welcomed us very kindly, and although I did not understand anything of the Serbian language, I felt that we were safe here. The morning shift was just as kind. You can fill up with water, and electricity is also available, all free of charge. Thank you very much!!!

we are here for one night with my son and with my wife. It's a quiet and safe place with a security person in front of the teknomarket.

The first impression is look bad but it's not. Good place to spend the night near Belgrade. The place is the outdoor parking of a company where the owner is also a motorhome owner and therefore provides a free place to spend the night safely with free electricity as well. The doormen are super nice. Thank you so much.

Wow! What a find! This place is everything everyone has said and more! Miki the owner of the company is a wonderful human being and offers this service out of the kindness of his heart. There is free electric hook up free WiFi fresh water and emptying of grey and black water. All you have to do is ask the security guard and he will help you. Also a supermarket opposite! Five star all the way

Super kind and helpful security staff. Safe and quiet pitch. Lovely dogs on the property that bark occasionally at night. The bakery has wonderfully delicious food! We would happily come back.

What more can we add. Great park over : security guards were so helpful and friendly with power and WiFi . Supermarket over the road and a small bakery on site. Great tavern/restaurant Una Lux 10 min walk. Will definitely put this on the return list

PERFECT. Many thanks to Miki for creating this space reserved for campers at his company, with free electricity and water. He even gave us a bottle of wine :) Many thanks to all the security guards; we spent several nights and they were ALL super friendly. We will return! 100% recommended. The bakery has very good products at good prices. There are several little dogs that protect you in exchange for lots of love.

What a fabulous place and we had such a friendly guard - he helped us so much and we didn’t speak a word of each others language but we got by and he had words in English written down that he knew for water and power etc. felt so safe with a guard watching all night long.
