Despite having reserved and paid in advance, there was a tent in the middle of the meadow pitch we had booked. We were offered the option of sharing the pitch, in the worse section, at the full price. We left because we had specifically searched for a pitch with plenty of grass and shade for our dog. Apparently tents take priority even when you have booked the pitch. In other words, you get your reserved pitch only if you are lucky.✦Translating

It is a special, very idyllic site that is still being developed. The hosts do everything they can for guests’ comfort. Booking through the website is recommended, as there are only three pitches. We highly recommend it; we felt very comfortable and will certainly return.✦Translating

Lovely quiet site with friendly hosts. The pitch should be booked in advance via the homepage listed in the contact details. Ideal for climbers, as the Dohlenwand, with routes graded 6–9, is within walking distance.✦Translating

Small campsite run by very friendly hosts who have embarked on quite a project. Wonderful location. Good toilet facilities and a good opportunity to wash dishes and fill up with water.✦Translating

We were allowed to be the first people to spend the night at this site, and it was very nice. The operators are very friendly and the site is quiet. There is a great view over the countryside. Because the parking area is concrete, the vehicle stands completely level. The toilet is clean and accessible around the clock. If we are in the area again, we would be happy to return.✦Translating
