Overnight stays are reported as suitable, with the road generally calm at night, especially near the barriers.

Lovely place, equipped with picnic tables, bins and toilets. Children's playground.

You have to park on the gravel car park, so there is no direct access to the grass. Perhaps suitable for sleeping; we did not stay.
Extremely noisy roadside for the car park before the 1.90 m bar. Travellers with several caravans and vehicles were set up on the road and car park in front of the bar, with laundry hanging everywhere on the park railings.
