A la nouvelle Hostellerie d'Orval offers a large, quiet gravel car park beside a small inn and restaurant. Overnight parking is private, so permission should be requested at the bar, with a restaurant consumption expected. The site is about 500m from Orval Abbey, and several walking routes start nearby. The restaurant serves regional food and Orval beer.

Private car park, but visitors who use the inn are welcome. Friendly reception and good food; I recommend the meatballs. Very good.
Excellent regional restaurant with a small menu; booking online is recommended as it is popular with locals. Ask at the bar whether it is okay to stay overnight with your camper in their private car park. Several walking routes start next to the restaurant. No other facilities in the car park.
Wonderful place to spend the night and relax. We had a very good dinner in the evening at a normal price—the small dessert is actually large. In the morning we visited the abbey, and in the afternoon had a delicious sandwich with Orval cheese. It is recommended to ask about staying overnight, although with a purchase it is probably not a problem. Many thanks to the owners.
The parking lot was closed - private property. Otherwise it is a beautiful place.
Excellent quiet place, 500 metres from the abbey. As advised, we parked at the back. We quickly got some shade. We ate very well on site at a very reasonable price. The view from the street-side terrace is magnificent and peaceful. The staff are also very good. There is a walking path right next to the car park. Beware: lots of ticks in the tall grass in the fields!
A private car park where it is only fair to eat at the brasserie in order to sleep there peacefully. Park at the back so as not to obstruct cars. Thanks to the brasserie staff for their welcome and kindness.
Car park belonging to the restaurant. Impeccable, but in exchange for making a purchase, which is entirely normal.
Lovely spot under the trees. We asked at the bar if it was okay first. We also ate at the restaurant - decent food, great beer. Nice relaxed pub garden style. Let’s hope it doesn’t get so popular with motorhomes that they ban them!
Lovely to go straight into your camper and sleep after a delicious meal. Also a nice village with a beautiful monastery.
Friendly owners. We had a good meal and a peaceful night in the car park.
We booked a table in the brasserie and asked whether we could spend the night in the car park: no problem. We ate well and had a quiet night.
It is just a dirt car park, with no services. Ask permission at the bar, but it is very welcoming and the restaurant serves very good food at a good price.
Private car park, friendly staff, 4G works.
