Been here?
This is a town parking area, 500 m from the center and 2000 m from the beach. Overnight stays have been reported as quiet, but spaces are tight and the car park can fill with cars. It is a paid blue zone, free from 20:00 to 10:00, with sports-complex showers nearby costing 2,5€ per person. Parking is forbidden 15June to 15 September 10:00 - 20:00.

We took showers at the sports center next door, paying €2.50 per person. It is open until 8 p.m. We did not like the place for sleeping; there are other more interesting places nearby and not so deep in the city.
We spent the night of 25/08/25. Not bad for one night; after 8 p.m. the paid-parking zone is free. I recommend parking in the spaces closest to the factory, on the right side of the parking area, because if you occupy a space and something happens, you may be fined. Those last spaces have extra room behind them. That is what the parking attendant we happened to meet issuing tickets recommended.
Quiet parking area for visiting the village; we were only passing through to see it.
We spent a very peaceful night. It is free from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. Twenty minutes from the beach. Next door there is a company with a security guard all night and good lighting. An Eroski supermarket is a seven-minute walk away. Everything was fine.
Unable to park here Wednesday or Thursday, car park full of cars.
We spent a quiet night, close to the center.
No charge at the weekend. Parking is tight but manageable. Facilities at the sports complex next door and a water tap in the car park. Right in the centre of town
Paid blue-zone parking. Very quiet. Very close to the historic center and the beaches of Zumaia. For overnight stays, with services unavailable.
An ideal parking area for visiting Zumaia and the Flysch. We stayed two nights and felt very comfortable. This parking area is paid: 10 hours costs €8, and it only accepts coins. Thanks to the municipality of Zumaia for this parking area; it is a five-minute walk from the village.
We parked to visit the village and it was very good.
Ideal parking area for stopping and walking to visit the Flysch. No problem for us in this season.
Great level park up and a couple of hundred meters away Cafe Kantoia offers the best tapas in town. Drink and choice of a tapas 2 euros.
Perfect for visiting the town and seeing the beautiful view from Saint Elmo Chapel; paid parking.
Parking is possible during the day. Paid by parking meter! Cycle path for visiting the town and going to the cliffs, the end of the pier, or the beach.
We stayed for one night. Industrial area - parking lots are big since they're for trucks. Workers starting at 06:00. Good for a quick stop or city visit. Running water on a tap by the river.
