Quiet level site, market crowds

Quiet and safe service area in a peaceful village. The service area is very good; unfortunately, the grey-water drain grate is blocked, causing some of the water to run into the road.

Level parking, services always working! I have been using this place regularly for more than a year.

Wonderful place to rest, clean and peaceful. Thanks to these villages for remembering us fellow travelers. This is where we should spend our money: shop at the local markets and eat in their bars. It is the best way to say thank you!!!

Clean pitches. Free services. Garbage collectors very close by. A huge thank-you to the municipality for this initiative.

Nice, new parking area, not crowded. Close to a grocery store and a bus stop to Coimbra. Comfortable buses to Coimbra run quite frequently, taking about 30–40 minutes (€2.90). The service facilities work. There is some shade, but the trees have low branches. Peaceful and quiet. Thanks to the authorities for this initiative.

Drinking water quality; threaded connection

Good to spend the night, in the morning is very busy due to the market. There is a coffee near. Pay atention there is a sign warning of a limit of 48hours.

There are services, the pitches are perfect, and the evening and night are quiet.

Good place to spend the night and visit the village. Very peaceful and with services.

This is a great location for a couple of nights to stop and explore the history of the town. Quiet couple of nights and locals are friendly. 4 star as the grey water waste requires you to bump up on pavement and is a little more tricky for liger vehicles otherwise thank municipality.

French motorhome sideways parked taking 5 spots, vans coming in and out all night, people talking at 6am like its mid afternoon , dreadful place, free of course so what can you do

We visited Coimbra and, on the way to Nazaré, this was the best possible place. Peaceful and the services were excellent. Good water pressure. Thanks to the town hall for providing these places!

A perfect area to stop with dogs, with a park right next to it and a river. It has water services and grey- and black-water disposal, as well as plenty of parking spaces. We slept very well on our way to Galicia, although there is a sign saying that overnight stays cannot exceed 48 hours.

Park with black- and grey-water disposal and a water supply with a threaded tap. We could not stay because the pavement was too high for our disposal hose. What a shame. Long, low motorhomes may have a problem.

The spaces are a little narrow and directly opposite the market. Lots of people and cars moving around in the morning. The overnight stay was peaceful.

We just used the services and ate in the parking area. Clean and level.

Next to a market, there are quite a few places to park; we only stopped to empty the grey water.

Quiet, very peaceful place. The municipal market is right in front, with a bakery, fruit, vegetables, good fish, a wine shop and a store specializing in cod. The site is very level, and the disposal area is excellent. We liked it very much. Thank you, Condeixa-a-Nova.

I was not totally sure about the difference between the two water supplies. Both are 1 inch male connections and served well. I liked the indication signs. Excellent service!

It served to dispose of wastewater. The spaces are too small for a large motorhome if staying overnight.

A great service from the municipality!! Thank you for providing all these facilities! The pitch itself is average, but the spaces are level! Separate taps for wastewater and drinking water—the latter has a threaded hose connection.

A somewhat unusual camping area, clearly abandoned, but where you feel safe because of the number of motorhomes present in the evening. It is fairly quiet. Very convenient because it is close to the center.

Good pitch. At 6.60 m, we still managed to fit into the space. There is apparently a market on the large grounds opposite on Fridays. Today, 21 November 2025, we were surrounded by market visitors' cars. Cars kept coming and going.

Full service in one place. Water flows after opening the main valve on the side wall. The tap has no thread, but there are special hose fittings that allow it to be connected. Drinking water is separate, so everything is fine.

Perfect, a quiet night, and easy, free disposal!

we spent a peaceful night here, we were with other 5 motorhomes so the place seems pretty popular but with plenty of space, the water tap is not very easy to connect to but other than that a great place to spend the night for free
