Shaded riverside picnic, barking dogs

Basically a beautiful and mostly well-maintained site, except for the toilet. Unfortunately, four dogs barked all night, so sleeping was nearly impossible. Otherwise, with its partly covered picnic areas and water source, it is a really lovely place. Little traffic.

Nice spot, with a barbecue; the river is down below, cool but pleasant for a relaxing afternoon. A small downside is the large amount of rubbish around the war memorial, but the picnic area is clean. Locals come here to eat with their families. There is a stray female dog and her puppies; they are friendly and did not bother us at all. Do not leave your rubbish; there are bins.

Very nice area, lots of space and shade. The dogs still live here and are very friendly - and they have 5 or 6 cups! The cups seem to like the street quite much (they play and relax right on or next to it) so if you can please bring some food (the grown ups are very thin as well) or maybe even adopt them..

Two *very* friendly dogs live here, who will mob you every time you step out of your van! They also bark, including at night. Good 4G on COSMOTE.

Great spot, and the one a little farther on too. The two dogs are absolutely lovely and played well with our Labrador. Clean place that must stay clean; there is a small drinking-water fountain.

Very beautiful place, with no rubbish lying around and plenty of space to park. A female dog currently lives there and is pregnant. She is very sweet.

Very beautiful place with clean spring water, a river, and tables/barbecue areas. Please feed the dogs; they really need it. In summer, the temperatures are more pleasant.

Great spot! Next to a road that is not busy at all. Water source and a shallow river nearby, with numerous barbecue spots; you will need to bring a grill. Shaded tables.

Great and peaceful place, with campfire sites everywhere and clear water from the tap. Relatively many flies, depending on where you park. There is another spot farther down too.
