Been here?
This is a green, spacious parking area near a lake, with level ground, shade and two picnic tables. A walk to the lake is possible, with views of grazing horses, but there is no swimming. The departmental road has little traffic, while the nearby equestrian centre can bring substantial traffic in the morning. Overnight stays were avoided because there is no waste disposal.

Very nice place, with level parking, and we took a lovely walk to the lake. During dinner we had a beautiful view of the grazing horses. We did not stay overnight because there were no waste-disposal facilities.
The area is quiet and has two tables. However, it is a cruising and meeting spot, so it is not especially pleasant.
I came here on a Friday evening to spend the night. The night was very good and quiet, but from the morning onward it was very unpleasant, with a lot of traffic because of the equestrian center next door. Maybe there are fewer people during the week, but if you want peace and quiet, I do not recommend this place for the weekend. Apart from that, it is not bad: bins and a lake 600 m away.
