Been here?
Free, medium-sized gravel parking area directly beside the fjord, with a small beach access and views over the water. The city center is 700 m away on foot, and a skatepark is nearby. Many local cars with boat trailers use the area, so it is intended as parking rather than a campsite. Smells from the adjacent water treatment plant depend on the wind, and the ground slopes toward the water.

A nice little free gravel car park right by the water, with a small beach access. Many Danes arrive by car for a short break, but they leave again after a short time. The town is a few minutes away on foot. The skate park is a few metres away.
great place to walk/cycle into town. nice view too.
If only people could understand that this is a parking space and not a campsite. Locals use the parking lot for their cars with boat trailers. If we park considerably in the right direction and not across in the middle and don’t behave like camping with chairs and tables, maybe we can spend a night here next year. Please be mindful of that. Thanks
Beautiful view. With a northerly wind, there are no problems with smells. The site is clean today.
the pop smell comes fron de marks where they put purines with agricultural purpose ...but this o ly happens in some special points of the year ..
Not very clean, and depending on the wind the smell is not great, but 4G is good, and it is suitable for a large motorhome, even with a trailer, 1 km from the museum, where nothing is in French.
Very dirty. McDonald’s trash all over the place. People coming at night running there engines for hours before driving off again. No trashcans.. smell of poop because of the water treatment plant. Nice view though.
The neighbourhood is really not great and it stinks; we did not stay
Lovely quiet place, though there is an almost constant hum from the nearby sewage treatment plant, but no bad smell
The car park is north of a water treatment plant. So if the wind comes from the north, you may be bothered by bad smells. We did not have that problem. The site slopes towards the water. It was very quiet. A pleasant place.
