Chemin Henri IV, 64510, Meillon
Been here?
An old, disused gravel car park at a former gas-extraction well, surrounded by fields. It was previously described as quiet and suitable for a night, with room for 2 large motorhomes and no services. The access road is currently blocked, with no way through.

road blocked, no way through
Be sure to come via the D938 and Ecopôle Pau-Est. We arrived from Idron and had to turn around because of a blocked road and a muddy track where we nearly got stuck. It is night and we have just arrived, but it seems to be a plateau exposed to the wind. Very good for an overnight stop.Translating
Quiet, no restrictions, in the middle of cornfields. Walkers and quite a few cars pass right beside it in the morning, but it is perfectly reasonable.Translating
Very quiet place with no houses around, surrounded by fields. Space for two large motorhomes, but they are close together. Two other spaces are on the other side of the road.Translating
Very peaceful and relaxing at night. Fairly easy access. From 7 a.m., a few cars pass, and during the day young motorcyclists come along whose pleasure is revving their engines beside the motorhome. SFR reception is just adequate, but Orange is excellent and very fast with a router.Translating
Wonderful views to the Pyrenees. A very peaceful night in lovely rural surroundings.
Very quiet, almost flat. Very good for one night.Translating
