Small campsite with beautiful pitches and clean facilities. A little path leads uphill to visit the beautiful town of Thouars, with opportunities for lovely bike rides along the river. The road to reach the campsite is a single lane with traffic in both directions, a little worrying at first, but it is manageable and there have never been any problems, according to the pleasant man at reception.✦Translating

lovely peaceful site, tight to get down if your in a coach built home but we had no problem with our panel van . There is drinking water ,toilets, showers and electric only thing missing grey waste and cassette. There is waste point in town . which deserves a visit . very pleasant stay

Quiet campsite. Very clean facilities. Little mobile reception, but ideal for disconnecting for a while. The town centre is worth seeing, 15 minutes on foot after going uphill through the floral park. However, contrary to the description, there are no motorhome services.✦Translating

Great campsite on the banks of the Thouet, close to the town centre. Another route is accessible for motorhomes and vans: enter “les bassins du Thouet” in the GPS, which takes you to the swimming pool, then enter the campsite address. This takes you along the river to the campsite!✦Translating

The campsite is currently inaccessible with a motorhome, even a small one. The descent is awful and ends at a right angle. The municipality did not bother to warn that there were roadworks at the end of the street leading to the campsite. Avoid it, even if you are adventurous.✦Translating
