Been here?
4x4 access only
Getting here needs an off-road vehicle. Check your ground clearance before setting off.
A very quiet lakeside spot at the end of a small path, with room for only one van beside the water and another turning area higher up. Transporter-sized vans can drive straight in, while a 3.5T vehicle may need to reverse; no 4x4 is needed except in very wet weather. Access is easy when dry but can become muddy and difficult after rain. Recent visitors reported large numbers of insects and litter or human waste nearby.

Stayed in my mwb crafter, no need for 4x4 except in v wet weather. Easy to parkup by the lake. There are 2 turning points, transporter-size vans can drive straight in and turn at the bottom. In a 3.5T I drove into to top turn and reversed down to the lake. V easy. No insects for me - maybe just lucky with the heatwave? Clean when I stayed - thnx to all the p4n community to keep it so. stx
We spent part of the evening there before giving up. Access is no problem by van in dry weather. Cleanliness was acceptable except for dog mess in one corner, but ultimately the large number of insects made us leave. I suppose that is the trade-off when near a peat bog. We ended up in the hills above Commana, where we were much better settled.Translating
The place must have been idyllic before some so-called nature lovers started relieving themselves everywhere and leaving their toilet paper behind. We will not be surprised if barriers and prohibitions are imposed everywhere. Disappointing.Translating
Excellent in April 2026; dry access and close to the main path, about 100 meters away.Translating
Very quiet, accessible to everyone in dry weather, provided you are not too long. We are 6.50 m long and had no problem reaching the space closest to the road.Translating
We stayed overnight. Good spot but little space. Four-wheel drive only; impossible to get out without 4x4 in case of light rain.Translating
Magnificent spot. Thank you.Translating
Exceptional spot, but indeed, 4x4 recommended depending on the season!Translating
Very good, quiet spot far from noise. Two small spaces, but only one beside the water. Sheltered from the wind by vegetation. Easy access in not-too-wet weather, 50 m off the road on a good track.Translating
