1 Grand-Rue, 68420, Eguisheim
Been here?
Motorhome pitches at Eguisheim's old town entrance with electricity on all spaces. €11 minimum for 4 hours; overnight stays more expensive. Services include water filling, disposal, and public toilets; most pitches level, some sloped. Ideal for visiting the medieval town but expensive for the amenities offered. Overnight stays quiet.

Well located, but a little expensive for the services!!! Still, it does the job!!!
A very convenient area for visiting the village and spending the night. Well levelled and with all services.
Perfect for visiting the village. You can park for 4 hours for €11 and connect to electricity.
€11 for 4 hours of parking… impossible to pay less even though the town can be visited in 1 hour at most. And it is impossible to park elsewhere; motorhomes are not welcome! They take us for fools!!! Never mind, we will visit another town!
Area near a tourist village, with a toilet. Pleasant if you are travelling and want to spend the night. Electricity and water filling and emptying facilities are available.
The municipal parking area is generally fine for an overnight stay, but overall it seems poorly maintained. The public toilets are sometimes clean and sometimes less so, depending on the time of day. We deducted two stars because, in our opinion, the overnight price is far too high. There are several winegrowers nearby where you can sometimes stay for free and in much nicer surroundings.
Located at the entrance to the village. It is expensive for an overnight stay, but it has electricity and a service area for emptying and filling tanks. Charging €11 for 4 hours if you are only visiting is a rip-off. At least you can connect and use the services. Quiet at night. We were worried because of a comment mentioning thefts, but there were 5 or 6 motorhomes that night and everything was fine.
Very good place to spend the night and visit the village. It is right at the entrance, flat, with good pitches and a nearby, clean toilet. We slept very well. I am not giving it 5 stars because it is a little expensive, but we were comfortable.
Flat parking area, close to the village. Services are also available and clean, including electricity. I am not giving it 5 stars because it is a little expensive, but it is very good and recommended.
A useful location for visiting the town, but far too expensive for 24 hours; we did not stay.
We spent one night. Expensive for what it offers, but worthwhile because it is convenient for visiting Eguisheim.
Expensive parking for what you get, and in addition thieves broke into our vehicle at night while we were sleeping. A very unpleasant experience when travelling with children.
Lovely spot to stay & visit beautiful little village. Quiet overnight, though Aire wasn’t very busy at all. Able to cycle from here into Turckhein & then onto Colmar. As previous comments free water at entrance & electric included in parking fee
5 stars for the services, which are outside the parking area. But the motorhome parking fees are very high.
Free water and CH disposal at entrance on the left. I believe it was €11 for 4 hours parking or €23 for 24 hours. Few spots have shade. Fantastic park up in a lovely town.
Convenient parking area for visiting the town centre. We paid €11 for 4 hours (be careful to select the correct rate at the parking meter). Some spaces are quite sloped. Only parking is allowed; opening awnings, etc. is not permitted. You can fill up with drinking water and empty the grey water.
Great aire, services on the outside, payment machine by the entrance, some spaces have shade from trees. Drive past all the car spaces and no motorhome signs to reach the entrance. So many motorhomes didn't get that far, they turned around and left before reaching the entrance, it was comical.
€11 for 4 hours even though the town can be visited in an hour and cars pay €5 for the day—go figure! They will not get our money...
Fair price for parking. I paid €11 for 4 hours, considering that the water and waste services are free even without paying for parking.
€11 for 4 hours when we only plan to stay for an hour and a half to eat at a restaurant… the motorhome parking is packed, while the car park is almost empty… we spent an hour driving around looking for a space… restrictions everywhere, so we will go elsewhere.
Excellent place, with water, electricity and wastewater disposal. You can sleep here and put out your chairs. A very quiet and complete place.
Great location next to beautiful town. Electricity included in charges. Bays are long enough for larger a-class motorhomes. Quiet and safe (lots of cameras around the carpark area).
The only place to park, €11 for 4 hours with electricity!… enough to visit this magnificent village.
The village is worth it, but for the price the area should be much, much better maintained. Weeding is clearly unknown here, especially since the technical services are very close. Big.
Parking and waste-disposal area are very good. Thank you to the municipality for providing this service. In addition, the village is charming. We ate locally—good restaurant for a pleasant time.
It is nice that the municipality provides a place for motorhomes, very close to the village. It is just a pity that you have to pay for a minimum of 4 hours, regardless of whether you want to use the services, which we did not. There are also enough bins. I would not recommend staying overnight there now, as it feels cramped and uninviting.
ABYSMAL! Holding motorhome travellers hostage! €26.35 for 24 hours, €11 for 4 hours, while cars pay €5 for the day! For that price, you would expect a minimum level of service, but there is not even that! The pitches are not even level! We are relegated to the upper part of the car park, among cars, buses and pedestrians—a real nightmare! The town is certainly picturesque, but nothing justifies this extortion, especially as everywhere in town they ask you to respect the residents by being quiet and picking up our rubbish… this town wants everything: the butter, the money for the butter, the jar and the cream seller.
Hello. The village is truly magnificent, but this message is more about the town: imposing 4 hours at €11 or approximately €26 for 24 hours is very expensive. We visited Colmar, which is also magnificent, and paid €17.30 for 24 hours. Go figure!
We only stayed here for 2 hours for a quick visit to the town, and it was very expensive for that. However, if you want to stay overnight, it has everything you need. There was a long wait for the filling and emptying facilities, but otherwise it was OK. Unfortunately, there is no other option for motorhome parking in this village.
Magnificent village. The pitches are expensive, but the service point is free. Thank you to the municipality.
Having already visited this truly worthwhile little town four years ago, we were shocked this time by the now very high pitch fees. Motorhome travellers are literally being fleeced here. There are only a few pitches where you can manage without levelling wedges.
Parking is free for 15 minutes, and the toilets are free. Parking costs €5 for the day.
Expensive, obviously, compared with Ribeauvillé for example. If you enjoy wine, it is almost more worthwhile to stay with a winegrower. That said, the town is magnificent, the area is fairly good, and the services are available, so everyone can make their own choice.
Level site, filling and emptying facilities OK. Public toilets next to the site, not very clean. The best thing is its proximity to the beautiful town of Eguisheim.
09/04/26: Only stopped to replenish (4 stars for services). Water, grey and black services are free and worked OK (water was a little slow). You have to pay to park. Bins were all full.
Great for one night; Eguisheim is really worth visiting. It is a 5-minute walk to the interesting old town. Four hours for €11 was enough for us to take a walk and have a meal.
